Upon Arrival –

• To turn on water go to the electrical panel in the basement and flip the circuit breaker labeled “Well Pump” to the on position.
• Heating – there are 4 heating zones in the house. Two on the main level, one controls the Kitchen & Living room located neat the bathroom and one in the southeast bedroom. It’s best to turn on the heat as soon as you arrive (assuming it’s fall/winter) as the radiant floor take a bit to warm up.
• Plumbing – we are on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper, everything else should go in the trash. Grease from cooking should go into the large glass jar under the kitchen sink.

Before you go…

• Take trash with you.
• Take food with you.
• If you slept in a bed please remove the sheets and place them on the bed.
• Turn off water, flip “Well Pump” circuit breaker to the off position.
• Lock the door.
